کے بارے میں
Within the town of Bahram Abad on the outskirts of Eslamshahr in Tehran Province, worshippers gather at Masjid Jameh Imam Hasan al Mujtaba, a congregational mosque dedicated to the elder grandson of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. Imam Hasan, son of Ali ibn Abi Talib and Fatima al Zahra, may God be pleased with them, was known in Medina for the gentleness of his manners, the generosity of his hand, and the eloquence of his prayers. The Prophet himself held the young Hasan on his shoulders during his own lifetime, declaring him a master of the youth of paradise.
Eslamshahr itself is a relatively young city in the southern suburbs of Tehran, formed in the second half of the twentieth century as rural migrants sought work and housing near the capital. Bahram Abad, one of the older settlements absorbed into its growing boundaries, preserves a village atmosphere within sight of the Alborz mountains that rise to the north. Iranian Islamic tradition has long centred on the love of the noble household of the Prophet, and naming the local congregational mosque after Imam Hasan places this modern neighbourhood within that ancient current of devotion.
Architecturally, the mosque follows the modern Iranian style of the central plateau. A dome of turquoise tiles, a slender minaret inscribed with calligraphy by contemporary Persian masters, arched windows filled with geometric lattices, and a courtyard with a central fountain where worshippers perform wudu all frame the spacious carpeted prayer hall. Inscriptions around the mihrab cite the words of the Prophet praising his beloved grandson, while a small library in an adjoining room holds volumes of Nahj al Balagha and classical commentaries on the Qur'an.
The present page lists daily prayer timings for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha at Masjid Jameh Imam Hasan in Bahram Abad, along with the Eslamshahr address and travel notes for visitors arriving from central Tehran by the southern highways or by the metro extension that serves the area. Muharram commemorations draw large gatherings to the mosque, and the nights of Ramadan fill the courtyard with families breaking their fast on fresh flatbread, feta, and sweet Persian tea. Any traveller passing through the southern suburbs of the Iranian capital is warmly invited to step inside, to pray with the devoted local congregation, and to ask the Most Merciful to send abundant peace upon the beloved grandson of the final Messenger forever.
